Service Fulfillment Timeline
At Seller Acquisitions, we focus on building compliant, inbound seller acquisition systems and marketing campaigns. Delivery timelines may vary by service:
Facebook / Instagram Ads: Campaigns are typically launched within 3–5 business days after onboarding is completed. Lead flow generally begins within 3–10 business days, depending on market, targeting, and ad approvals.
Google Ads (if applicable): Campaigns are typically launched within 7–10 business days after onboarding. Lead flow is expected within 7–14 days, depending on competition and budget.
Funnels, Surveys, and Automation Builds: Timelines depend on the project scope and are outlined in the service agreement or proposal.
Consulting Services & Strategy Calls: Strategy sessions are normally scheduled within 3–5 business days after booking. Timelines depend on client responsiveness, ad approvals, and technical requirements. Delays caused by missing information, access issues, or non-responsiveness may extend delivery timelines.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery, clients agree to:
Provide accurate business information
Clear details regarding your business, target areas, and goals.
Grant required account access
Access to Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools, website platforms, or other necessary systems.
Maintain valid billing methods
Ad accounts must have active payment methods.
Communicate promptly
Timely approvals, feedback, and information requests are essential.
Seller Acquisitions is not responsible for delays caused by missing assets, incorrect information, or unresponsive communication.
3. Payment & Subscription Terms
Agency Services
Most inbound lead systems require a minimum commitment (outlined in your agreement).
One-Time Setup Fees
Funnel builds, integrations, and custom development may include setup fees.
By purchasing or subscribing to a service, you authorize Seller Acquisitions to charge the payment method on file for applicable fees outlined in your agreement.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
A. Lead Generation & Marketing Services
No refunds once campaigns are launched and active work has begun.
If a campaign cannot be launched due to an issue on our end, a refund or credit may be considered.
Cancellations after the commitment term require written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
B. Custom Builds, Automation & Consulting
Custom work, strategy, and consulting services are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied, we will work collaboratively to resolve issues through revisions or support.
5. Performance Disclaimer
Seller Acquisitions guarantees service delivery such as campaign setup, optimization, and inbound systems installation.
However, we do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, contract values, or conversion rates.
